Between Clients

Travel between client locations during a work day. These claims are submitted when staff travel from one client to another. The table shows the destination client, travel date, shift time, distance traveled, and current status. These are submitted through the mobile app, during the clock-out flow.

With Client

Travel where the staff member transports the client somewhere. This tab shows claims for travel done as part of client services.

Claims Table

Both tabs display:

  • Staff member: Who made the claim (click to view details)

  • Destination: Where they traveled to

  • Travel date: When the travel occurred

  • Shift time: The associated shift period

  • Distance: Kilometers traveled

  • Status: Pending, Approved, or Rejected

Filtering

Use the filters to find specific claims:

  • Status filter: Show Pending, Approved, or Rejected

  • Distance filter: Filter by distance ranges (0-10km, 11-30km, etc.)

  • Date range: Filter by travel date

  • Search: Find by staff name, destination, or notes

Reviewing a Claim

Click on a staff member's name to open the claim drawer. You can view the full details, any notes provided, and approve or decline the claim.

Exporting

Click "Export CSV" to download the filtered claims as a spreadsheet for mileage reporting or reimbursement processing.
