Availability Tab

The Staff Availability tab allows you to set and manage weekly working hours for individual staff members. This helps with scheduling by defining when each staff member is available to work.

Accessing Staff Availability

For a Single Staff Member

  1. Navigate to Staff from the main menu

  2. Click on a staff member's name to open their profile

  3. Select the Availability tab

For All Staff Members

You can also view availability across all staff by navigating to Staff β†’ Availability from the main menu. This provides a consolidated view of availability for your entire team.

Viewing Availability

Availability is displayed in a table showing each day of the week:

Whether the staff member is available all day

Editing Availability

  1. Click the Edit Availability button in the top right corner

  2. A modal will open showing all seven days of the week

  3. For each day, set:

    • From – The time availability starts

    • To – The time availability ends

    • All Day – Check this box if available for the entire day (sets times to 00:00 - 23:59)

  4. Click Update Availability to save your changes

Setting All Day Availability

To mark a staff member as available for an entire day:

  1. Click the All Day checkbox for that day

  2. The From and To times will automatically be set to 00:00 and 23:59

  3. The time inputs will be disabled while All Day is selected

To revert to specific hours, simply uncheck the All Day box.

Clearing Availability

To mark a staff member as unavailable on a particular day, leave both the From and To fields empty for that day.
