Cancelled Shifts Filter

By default, most teams prefer not to see cancelled shifts in the main Calendar view. The Cancelled Shifts Filter is a simple toggle that lets you show cancelled shifts when you need them - without permanently cluttering your roster.

When Cancelled Shifts is turned on, cancelled shifts will appear in your Calendar so you can:

  • confirm what was cancelled and when,

  • review patterns (for example, frequent cancellations on certain days),

  • reconcile rostering decisions before billing or reporting.

To use it, click the three-dot More button in the Calendar header and switch Cancelled Shifts on or off.

Key things to know:

  • This is a visibility toggle: it’s designed to include only cancelled shifts in the view.

  • Cancelled Shifts and Shift Pool/Vacant filtering are treated as separate “modes”. If you turn on Shift Pool/Vacant Shifts, Cancelled Shifts will automatically turn off (so you don’t mix two different roster focus views at once).

  • If your Calendar suddenly shows “not alot” or "nothing", check whether Cancelled Shifts is enabled.

Use this filter when you need context - especially during busy weeks where cancellations affect staffing decisions and follow-ups.
