To open Advanced Filters, click the three-dot More menu in the Calendar header and select Advanced Filters (desktop/tablet views). You’ll see two panels:
Clients (multi-select list with search, Select All, and Clear)
Staff (multi-select list with search, Select All, and Clear)
Choose the people you want to include, then click Apply Filters.
How Advanced Filters behave:
You can select multiple staff, multiple clients, or both.
If you select both staff and clients, the Calendar will show shifts that match any selected staff OR any selected client. This is helpful when you’re trying to keep a broad “team + caseload” view without losing relevant shifts.
Location/Site, Appointment Type, and Clock-in filters still apply on top of Advanced Filters (so you can refine even further).
Clearing Advanced Filters:
Use Clear All inside the Advanced Filters window to remove multi-select filtering and return to “All staff” and “All clients”.
If your Calendar looks unexpectedly empty, check whether Advanced Filters are still applied.
Advanced Filters are the best choice any time “one staff” or “one client” isn’t enough.
