Client Filtering

The Client Filter lets you focus your Calendar on one client at a time, so you can quickly review what’s coming up for them, check coverage, and spot gaps without the noise of everyone else’s shifts.

When the filter is set to All clients, your Calendar shows shifts for every client you have access to. When you choose a specific client, the Calendar updates to show only shifts linked to that client. This is ideal for day-to-day coordination (for example, confirming a client’s weekly schedule) and for quick checks before calling a client or their nominee.

To use it, open the Client dropdown in the Calendar header (it will show All clients by default). Start typing to search, then select the client you want. You can switch back to All clients at any time.

A few helpful notes:

  • This is a single-client filter. If you need to view multiple clients together, use Advanced Filters (multi-select).

  • The Client Filter works alongside other filters (like Location, Appointment Type, or Clock-in status). If your Calendar looks “too empty”, check whether another filter is also on.

  • You can always return to a full view by selecting All clients.

Use the Client Filter whenever you want a clean, client-specific view of rosters, without changing anything about the shifts themselves—this is purely a viewing filter.
