Documents
The Documents tab is where you store files for a site. Files are grouped into categories (folders) so it’s easy for your team to find what they need, like property documents, compliance files, photos, and other site paperwork.
You can create and rename categories, upload files into the right category, and edit or delete documents when needed. Each document also shows basic details like the upload date and a status (for example Active, Under Review, or Archived) to help you keep things organised.
Most files can be opened inside Imploy (including PDFs), and you can also download documents if you need a local copy.
Overwatch
The Overwatch tab is where you review the key records connected to the site. It includes:
Shift notes
Shift cautions
Incidents
This gives you one place to check what’s been recorded for the house. If a shift caution should be treated as an incident, you can convert it into an incident so it’s tracked properly.
You can also download PDFs for shift notes, shift cautions, and incidents when you need to share them or keep them on file.
Billing
The Billing tab shows billing items linked to the site. It lets you review billable entries, check amounts, and see which client and staff member they relate to.
You can search and sort the list, open an item to view details, and export the data (for example as a CSV) if you need to work with it outside of Imploy. There’s also a revenue view for checking totals over time.
These tabs are there so you can manage the site’s files, review what’s been recorded, and check billing in one place.
