Search

Use the search box at the top to find shifts by:

  • Client name

  • Address

  • Care manager name

Search is useful when you already know which participant or area you’re trying to fill.

Filters

You can filter the list by:

  • Shift Type (based on the shift category/type)

  • Care Manager

  • Location

  • Date range (next 7, 14, or 30 days, or All)

If you need to reset everything, use Clear filters to return to the default view.

Sorting

You can sort the table by clicking column headers such as Client, Date, Time, and Care Manager. This helps when you want to work through shifts in date order, group by care manager, or prioritise a certain client.
