In the client profile, open the Documents tab and navigate to the relevant folder/table view. Task documents are clearly marked with a “Task” label so you can tell they came from a task rather than being uploaded directly to the client’s document folders.
When you open a task document from the client profile:
It opens in the same in-app viewer (for PDFs and common image formats).
You can also download it from the document actions.
Important note: task documents are managed from the task. You can view and download them from the client profile, but edits like renaming and deletion are typically handled in the task’s Documents tab (where the document is attached and managed).
