In the client profile, go to the Activity area and open the Notes section.
Notes in this area can include different note sources (not just tasks). Task notes are clearly identified with a “Task” label, so you can tell they came from a task rather than a general client note.
When you click a note in the client profile, it opens the note details so you can read the full content (including formatting). This makes it easy for coordinators and managers to review task-related updates as part of the client’s broader notes history.
If you need to remove a note from the client profile, deleting a note marked as Task will delete the underlying task note (the same note you’d see inside the task).
