How to Archive a Client
Go to Clients from the main menu.
Open the client profile you want to archive.
At the top of the client profile, click the client’s current status. For example, this may show as Active.
4. A dropdown list will appear with different status options.
Active
Pending
Inactive
On Leave
Hospital Leave
Respite Leave
Terminated
Deceased
Archived
Use Archived when you want to remove a client from active use while keeping their record available for later.
5. Select Archived.
6. A confirmation window will appear asking if you are sure you want to archive the client.
7. Click Archive Client to confirm.
The client will now be archived and removed from active access throughout the system.
What Happens After a Client Is Archived?
Once a client is archived:
Their profile is no longer treated as active
Access to the client is removed throughout the system
Their record is still kept in Imploy
How to View Archived Clients
To view archived clients:
Go to Settings.
Under People, select Archived Clients.
Here you can see a list of archived clients, including:
Client ID
Name
Email
Client type
Date archived
Actions
You can also use the search bar to find a specific archived client.
How to Restore an Archived Client
Go to Settings.
Select Archived Clients under People.
Find the client you want to restore.
Click the Action menu.
Restore the client to active status.
Once restored, the client can be accessed again in the system.
