Assigning Staff Compliance Requirements to Client Profiles

Set specific staff credential requirements on client profiles to flag compliance warnings during roster scheduling.

How to Access Client Compliance Settings

To configure the mandatory worker credentials required for a participant's care, navigate to the client's profile: Clients > [Select a Client] > Look at the right-hand sidebar panel > Select the Details tab.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Assigning Required Documents to the Profile

You can lock specific documentation guidelines to an individual client:

  1. Open the Other tab in the right-hand utility pane and scroll down to the Team and Preferences section.

  2. Click directly on the Compliance field (which defaults to No compliance requirements).

  3. A multi-select popup menu will open inline. Use the Search compliance types... input or scroll through the checklist to select the mandatory criteria your staff must meet (such as Drivers License, First Aid Certificate, or Manual Handling Certificate).

  4. Click out of the dropdown to save your selections. They will now display as active compliance tags on the client's profile record.

2. How Compliance Flags Behave on the Roster (The Warning Modal)

Once these guidelines are applied to a profile, Imploy actively monitors staff eligibility when coordinators allocate shifts in the Roster module.

If you attempt to schedule a support worker who lacks the active or verified credentials specified by that client, the system safeguards your operations by triggering an interactive alert modal:

  • Reviewing Missing Credentials: The Staff Compliance Warning window will pop up automatically.

It details the exact employee profile and lists every missing requirement explicitly (such as Police Clearance, Medication Training Certificate, or NDIS Clearance Check).

  • Coordinator Overrides: The scheduling logic does not hard-block allocations. Your team maintains complete operational flexibility:

    • Click Cancel to retreat and select a different, fully compliant staff member from your roster list.

    • Click the black Continue Anyway button to intentionally override the system check and book the shift despite the compliance gaps.
