How to Access Staff Suggestions
To view a client's prioritized care team members when building out your schedule, navigate to the calendar workspace: Go to the Roster module in the main left-hand sidebar.
Step-by-Step Guide
You can seamlessly assign a participant's favorite support workers directly within the streamlined scheduling panel:
Open Appointment : Click directly on the calendar grid at the specific day and time slot where you want to create a new shift. A module will open to show the appointment settings layout.
Select a Client: Click the client dropdown field at the top of the sidebar and select your target participant. Choosing the client automatically prompts the system to retrieve their profile matching configurations in the background.
View Preferred Staff: Click into the Search Staff input field. An inline Suggestions popover menu will appear on the screen, automatically pinning and highlighting the client's Preferred staff members right at the top of the list with grey preference indicators.
Finalise the Booking: Click on the suggested worker's name to instantly assign them to the shift, fill out any remaining shift parameters (such as service type or recurring rules), and hit save.
