The Interactive Incident Board
Navigation Path:
On the left-hand main navigation sidebar, click on the Compliance dropdown icon and select Incidents.
At the top left of the main panel, click the Board button right next to the List button.
You can now toggle your main incident dashboard from a standard table view into a visual board. This layout groups your incidents cleanly by their resolution stage:

Not an Incident / Archived
Pro Tip: Don't limit yourself to statuses. Click the Group By dropdown on the board toolbar to change how your work is organised—you can group cards by Priority, Severity, Category, Assigned Staff, or Reported By.
Each card displays its unique ID, title, elapsed time in that status, category tag, priority flag, and the original reporting timestamp.
Accessing Incident Forms and Custom Views from the Sidebar
The left-hand workspace navigation panel is divided into clear operational categories:
Records: Click this to view the master registry list of all recorded entries.
Incident Forms: Below the registry, you will find a dedicated sub-menu listing all active intake tools you have built, such as the Incident Report Form and the Pain Assessment Chart. Clicking the small
+icon next to the Incident Forms header allows you to build or attach a new form structure directly.Views: Underneath your forms list, you can access your saved, filtered workspaces. By default, you can click on:
⏱️ Active — to view all ongoing open incidents across columns.
📌 Triage — to filter down instantly to unassigned or unreviewed incoming cards.
💬 NDIS Reportable — to view a specific custom view tailored for high-priority compliance flags.
To create a brand new custom filtered shortcut, simply adjust your board filters using the filters icon at the top right of the board ledger, and then click the
+icon next to the Views header in the sidebar menu to save your configuration.
