Salesforce Marketing Cloud Template Sync

Easily pull in the different email templates from your SFMC instance. You can start by clicking "Create Project" in the top right corner.

The "Project Test Setup" will pop up showing multiple options to create your rendering project.

Please fill out the "Project Title" and the "Subject" to ensure proper configuration.

As we see in the "Template" column, we can pull direct email templates from our SFMC API. Click on the different templates to preview the creative.

Once you are ready to start, click "Run Test."

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Creative Publishing

Your team can publish newly edited and saved HTML back to the Salesforce platform via API. This will help your team save time and align your creative content between both platforms. This use case would be for when you've created and finalized your project in the Inbox Monster platform.

Note: Please ensure the following permissions are correct to publish creative content:

  • Email: Read, Write

  • Saved Content: Read, Write

  • Data Extensions: Write

Click "Save"

To begin, hover over an individual creative project under the "Actions" column.

Click on the 3 dots and you'll find "Publish" under the Project Actions.

After you click on "Publish," the Publish Campaign screen will pop up showing the integration and if you would like to publish a new or existing template.

Select the "Marketing Cloud API" as your integration.

Option 1: Publish as New Template

This option will create a brand new template within your SFMC business unit allowing your team to swiftly build email campaigns that you've tested.

Option 2: Publish to Existing Template

This option will allow you to replace the current template in SFMC with the edited version from Inbox Monster.
