Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Inbox Monster offer several options for configuring your integration to ensure that inbox placement testing is taking place at the ideal interval for deliverability monitoring.

To get started, we recommend confirming your email program's use of either Email Studio, Journey Builder, or both.

If you are using Email Studio and/or Journey Builder, click here to access a walkthrough for setting up the Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Inbox Monster API Integration. This Integration leverages the benefits of Salesforce's Partner Seed List support.

  • Once the integration is complete, any Email Studio deployment to more 500 subscribers will automatically include the Inbox Monster seedlist alongside your subscribers, resulting in a comprehensive Campaign Report within your Inbox Monster instance.

  • Inbox Monster seeds will not count toward super message utilization, aren't included en tracking reports, and will auto-fill dynamic content to ensure smooth testing.

πŸ’‘Be sure to share your Business Unit MID #'s with your Account Manager after integrating to ensure a smooth API connection.

If you are exclusively using Journey Builder and have performed the Integration process in the link featured above, click here to access a 3-minute video walkthrough for daily automated sending to the Inbox Monster seedlist.

AppExchange

If your organization requires SSO access via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the Inbox Monster AppExchange Integration can be used to achieve the same result as the API Integration method outlined above.

Alternatively, if your organization leverages a different SSO solution, we recommend using our flexible SAML SSO support.
