Add new Domains to your Inbox Monster account
1) Click on the Gear icon in the upper right and click on Domain Settings
2) In the Domain Details section, add the root or sub-domain you would like Inbox Monster to monitor and click Create. Continue adding Domains until you have all your Domains listed in the Domains section.
3) If you would like to remove any of the Domains listed in the Domains section, simply click Delete to remove the Domain in question.
Once you've added your Domains, you can link the IP Addresses to each Domain and customize Inbox Placement Reporting.
To Link IP Addresses to a Domain
1) From the Domain Settings page, click Settings next to a Domain, and scroll down to the Add IPs section.
2) You can link IP Addresses to a Domain in 2 ways:
a. You can link an IP Address by typing it in the IP field (ex. 1.2.3.4) and clicking Add. Repeat this as many times as necessary to link a Domain to all its sending IPs.
b. You can add an IP range by typing it in the IP field (ex. 1.2.3.4-1.2.3.10) and clicking Add to link all IPs in the range to the Domain in question.
3) If you would like to delete any of the IPs listed in the IP Management section, simply click Remove next to the IPs in question.
4) Once you have the correct IP Addresses linked to their sending Domains, you’re ready to customize your inbox placement reports for each Domain in your account.
Customize Inbox Placement Reports
1) To customize inbox placement reports, visit the Settings page for a specific Domain, and at the very top you will see the ISP Management section. Turn off any ISP you would like to remove from your inbox placement reports and Inbox Monster will only provide inbox placement location for the ISPs left in the on position.
2) Once you're satisfied with your new ISP list, simply exit this page, and the settings will be saved and applied to your next placement report.
Congratulations! You have successfully set up new Domains and IPs and customized your inbox placement reports. Next up, let's integrate your Google Postmaster Tools and Microsoft SNDS accounts using the below link.
