Troubleshooting
Google Postmaster - No Data
If you were not given the prompt to grant Inbox Monster access to Email Traffic Metrics during Step 4 above, you may need to temporarily remove and then reshare access with Inbox Monster.
To do so, navigate to Manage your Google Account via the initials in the top right of the Google Postmaster dashboard.
From there, select Data and Privacy on the left side navigation pane, then scroll down to Data from apps and services that you use.
Click Third-party apps and Services.
From here, find InboxMonster and then Delete all connections that you have with InboxMonster.
π‘ Please note that this will revoke connections to all associated Inbox Monster accounts.
If you or your team shares one or multiple Inbox Monster accounts, please verify that this will not negatively impact the use of Inbox Monster by others.
Once completed, repeat the Integration steps outlined above, making sure to grant Inbox Monster the proper permissions where prompted.
