The SMS Journey feature will assist your team by:
Confirm that your SMS automation is working as intended based on the user's reply.
Make sure that the automation has no typos or misconfiguration from different carriers.
Allow adjustment in your current automation flow.
You can find the feature under SMS β Journeys.
Begin your Journey by naming the testing, and choosing the phone carrier and the designated sending number. Be sure that your sending number is added to the βοΈ > "SMS" before starting the session.
