How to Add

  1. In the Form Builder, open the Fields panel.

  2. Scroll to Selection Inputs and drag in a Checkbox.

  3. Enter your question in the Label (add description if needed).

  4. Configure settings in the Options tab (e.g., Required, Default Checked).

  5. Preview and Publish your form.

How to Add

  1. In the Form Builder, open the Fields panel.

  2. Scroll to Selection Inputs and drag in a Select.

  3. Enter your question in the Label.

  4. In the Options tab:

    • Add response choices.

    • Use Dropdown to save space.

    • Enable Multiselect for multiple answers.

    • Set Required or define Min/Max Choices if needed.

  5. Preview and Publish your form.

Q. Can I reorder Select options?

A. Yes — rearrange by dragging and dropping them in the Options tab.

Q. Can I preselect a default option?

A. Yes — Checkbox fields have a Default Checked option.

Q. Can I capture when a checkbox was ticked or who edited it?

A. Yes — use Show Time Entered and Show User Last Edited.

Q. Can I edit responses directly from the record list?
