šŸ” Your Stripe Wallet: Which Email to Use and What to Do If Funds Don't Show

Which email to use when you set up your Stripe wallet, how to keep your link safe, and what to do if a payment doesn't show up.

Important: This only applies to creators who use the Influur app or web app in the United States, Mexico, Colombia or the United Kingdom. If you're anywhere else, you don't need to set up a wallet: contact Support and ask for a manual withdrawal.

Use the same email as your Influur account

When you set up your wallet, verify your email and use the same one as your Influur account. If you use a different email, you may end up in a different Stripe account than the one connected to your payments. If that happens, contact us.

Set it up in your own name or your company's

Set up your wallet in your own name, or in the name of a company you own or are part of. If you manage creators through an agency, see How to Get Paid - Countries with Stripe Wallet (US, Mexico, Colombia, UK).

Keep your link private

Your verification link is personal. Never share it with anyone, and never send your payout details outside the Influur app or our official chat.

Your funds aren't showing after you verified?

If a payment was already released before you finished verifying your wallet, it may not show up right away. It usually appears within a day. If you still don't see it after 48 hours, contact us.

Contact Support If

  • You verified your wallet and a released payment still isn't there after 48 hours

  • You think you used a different email than the one in your Influur account

  • Someone asks you for your verification link
