Updated yesterday

To keep student data secure and up to date, Inquisitive will automatically delete inactive students after 6 months.

What does “inactive” mean?

A student is considered inactive if they are not in any active class with an active teacher. This includes students who are:

  • Only in archived classes

  • In classes with an inactive teacher

What happens after 6 months?

  • After 6 consecutive months of inactivity, the student and their data is scheduled for deletion

  • If the student is added back to an active class within the 6 month inactive period, the deletion is cancelled.

  • All student responses in lesson and assessments (e.g. drawings, written answers)
