How to Activate the Integration
1. Head to the Integrations page in your Rise dashboard → Click Integrate within the:
2. A window will pop up - review the information and accordingly proceed with clicking Agree & Install:
3. Next, you will now be redirected to your Attentive account where you'll need to allow access between Rise.ai and Attentive:
That’s it! The integration is now complete, and you can start building Journeys to notify your customers when their gift cards and rewards are delivered.
You'll also find the Rise.ai custom properties within the profiles of Subscribers who were rewarded after the integration was activated.
