1. What is your returns policy?
We offer free returns for items returned within 30 days of purchase for incorrect size/change of mind or if the product is faulty/not as advertised.
* For Swimwear returns please ensure the hygiene sticker is still intact and the swimwear must be unused.

In-store purchases follow the policy of the store where the item was purchased.For faulty items purchased in-store, returns must be initiated with the specific store where the purchase was made, and they will assist in determining the appropriate resolution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you return an item, only the cost of the product will be refunded, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
2. How do I make a return for my order?
To initiate a return, please submit an Online Return Request form.
The steps include logging into the Intersport AU online returns portal, following the step-by-step instructions to register your return request, securely packaging your item, and using the provided prepaid return label for shipping.
This must meet the below criteria:
The item must be unworn or unused.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging, including the shoe box and product tags.
Non-fitting items, such as shoes, can also be returned free of charge, as long as they meet the standard return criteria.
If the returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund may be declined, and the products will be returned to you.
Online orders can be returned in store by first submitting an Online Return Request form.
3. How do I exchange an item from my order?
Yes, exchanges can be made in-store only.
The exchanged item must be for the same product in a different size.
Item must meet the same returns criteria.
Damaged packaging may void eligibility.
If an exchange isn't possible in-store, use the Online Return Request form.
Refund Processing Timelines
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of the return being received and approved. The exact time frame may vary depending on your payment provider and bank policies.
4. How do I return an item from a Click & Collect order?
Return or exchange your Click & Collect items at your local INTERSPORT store. Click and collect orders must meet the Returns Criteria.
If returning in-store is not possible, submit an Online Return Request form.
5. One of the products I purchased is faulty, what do I do?
If you suspect a product to be faulty, please submit an Online Return Request form and select faulty when prompted.
Please attach relevant images highlighting the fault and condition of the product.For items purchased in-store, you must initiate the return process with the specific store where the purchase was made. Ensure to bring the receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate smoother handling.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
If faulty we'll offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the case.
6. What should I do if I receive the wrong shoe size in my order?
Receiving an incorrect shoe size can be resolved easily using the following methods:
Returning via Email:
Take a photo of the incorrect shoe order as proof.
Include your order number in the email.
Send these details to help@intersport.com.au. This helps our team validate the issue and initiate your return efficiently.
Exchanging Shoes In-Store:
Bring the shoes and the order receipt to your nearest Intersport AU store to exchange.
If the required size is unavailable, you may return the shoes online.
Using the Online Returns Portal:
Visit the Intersport AU website and access the online returns portal.
Follow the detailed steps to submit a return request.
Print the return shipping label and securely attach it to the package.
Once received and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed. Important Notes:
Ensure that the shoes are unworn and in their original condition, including packaging.
Refunds are only issued after the items are received and inspected.
7. Why was my order cancelled?
We may cancel an order at any time during the fulfillment and dispatch process for the following reasons:

Stock availability
Technical website errors
