Why Keeping Your Profile and Billing Up to Date Matters

On Investorlift.ai, your profile is how buyers see you - and your billing settings keep your deal flow running without interruption. A professional profile builds trust, and a valid payment method ensures you can publish deals the moment they're ready.

This guide covers how to update your profile picture, phone number, billing history, and payment methods from your Settings.

1. Upload a Profile Picture

A clear, professional photo helps build trust with buyers and increases response rates on outreach.

  • Go to Settings from the main menu.

  • Locate the Profile Picture section.

  • Upload your photo and save.

2. Edit Your Phone Number

Keeping your contact info current ensures buyers can reach you quickly when there's interest in your deal.

  • In Settings, find the Phone Number field.

  • Update the number and save your changes.

3. Review Your Billing and Transaction History

The Billing section gives you full visibility into your account's payment activity.

  • Go to the Billing section in your settings.

  • View your full transaction history to track which deals you've published and the marketing fees paid.

4. Add or Update Payment Methods

Keep at least one valid payment method on file to avoid delays when publishing a deal.

  • From the Billing section, locate Payment Methods.

  • Add a new card or update an existing one.

⚠️ Important: Your payment method is used when publishing a deal and paying the AI Marketing Fee. Keep your card information up to date to avoid interruptions to your deal flow.

Keeping your profile and billing information current takes just a few minutes and ensures a smoother, more professional experience on Investorlift.ai. If you have any questions, our support team is here to help.
