Step 1: Log into Your Investorlift Account
Log in using your Investorlift credentials at https://admin.investorlift.com/
Step 2: Navigate to the Properties Tab
Go to the Properties tab - your dashboard for managing all listings. Select the specific property you want to market and confirm it is classified as Multifamily or Commercial.
Step 3: Set Up a New Marketing Campaign
A well-structured campaign is essential for generating interest in multifamily and commercial listings.
Click "New Marketing Campaign" inside the Properties tab.
βAdd a short, attention-grabbing subject line (under 78 characters). Examples: "π₯ Prime Multifamily Opportunity" or "Price Reduced: Commercial Space in Downtown."

God Mode helps you identify buyers who have already invested in your market - making them far more likely to buy again.
Open God Mode from the left-hand menu in your account.
Enter your market area: city, county, state, or specific address.
Select Buy & Hold Data to focus on long-term investors.
Go to Property Type and choose either Multifamily or Commercial to view buyers who previously acquired that property type.
