Filtered Inbox: Navigate your inbox using four tabs - All Chats, Unread, Read, and Buyer Reviews. The Buyer Reviews tab lets you access public buyer reviews directly from the Messenger interface.

How to Access Messenger
Follow these steps to start using Messenger:
Log in to your Investorlift Admin site.
In the left-hand menu, click the "Messenger" tab.
Your inbox will display all active buyer messages, offers associated with each conversation, a search bar, and tabs for All, Unread, Read, and Buyer Reviews.
Click on a buyer's name to open the conversation and start chatting.
How Your Inbox Works
Investorlift keeps your inbox focused with a simple rule: messages only appear after a buyer responds. If you initiate a message and the buyer hasn't replied yet, the conversation will not appear in your inbox.
