Whether you want to update your current password or reset a forgotten one, Investorlift makes it easy to do both from the admin dashboard.
Follow the steps below to change or reset your password on Investorlift.
Changing Your Password
If you remember your current password and simply want to change it:
1. Log In to Your Account
Visit: admin.investorlift.com
Enter your current login credentials.
2. Go to My Profile
Click your user avatar or name in the top right-hand corner.
Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on Change Password
This will open the password update section in your profile settings.
4. Fill Out the Required Fields
Enter the following information:
Current Password
New Password
New Password Confirmation
5. Click Save Profile
Your password will be updated immediately if the information is entered correctly.
Resetting Your Password
If you can't remember your current password, use the reset process:
1. Go to the Login Page
Visit: admin.investorlift.com
Click Forgot your password? on the login screen.
2. Submit Your Email Address
Enter the email address associated with your Investorlift account.
Click Reset Password.
3. Check Your Email for Instructions
If your email is registered with Investorlift, you'll receive a message confirming the reset request.
Look for an email from deals@investorlift.com with the subject related to password reset.
4. Follow the Reset Link
Open the email and click on Reset Your Password.
Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.
