How many users can I add to my plan?
βPro: 3 users free; additional users cost $49/user/month.
βFalcon: 5 users free; additional users cost $49/user/month.
βLieutenant: 7 users free.
βEnterprise: Unlimited users free.

I've reached my user limit - how can I add more users?
Chat with our Customer Support Team and they'll add users for you. Click the blue bubble at the bottom right of your admin.investorlift.com account.

What are the differences between user roles?
βAdministrator: Full access to all settings and features on the account.
βDisposition Manager: Responsible for marketing, negotiating, and selling properties.

Can I be the Administrator and Disposition Manager all at once?
Yes. If you're the only user on your plan, you can hold both roles. The Administrator role alone gives you full access to all tasks across all roles.

Billing & Credits
How do I update my credit card information?
Only administrators can update billing. Go to My Account β Billing Information and update your card details. To switch to direct wire transfer, contact our Customer Success Team via the blue bubble at the bottom right of your admin account or email support@investorlift.com.

How can I add SMS or skip trace credits to my account?
Administrators can purchase credits directly in the account. Go to My Account β Subscriptions & Packages and select the package you'd like to purchase.

How much does texting/MMS cost?
MMS messages cost $0.03 per segment and include a photo of the property you're selling. You can send up to 1,600 characters per segment.

How much does skip trace cost?
Skip traces cost $0.12 each. Budget credits for SMS and skip traces based on your outreach strategy.

How can I cancel my subscription?
Investorlift does not typically offer refunds. To cancel, contact our Customer Support Team at least 30 days before your re-bill date via the blue bubble on your admin account or by emailing support@investorlift.com.
