How to Create a Property on Investorlift

To create or post a new property on Investorlift:

1. Click on Properties in the left-side menu.
2. Select the option to Create New Property.

How to Add the Address of the Property

1. Click on Create Property.

2. Type the address under the Street Address field.
3. Select the address from the dropdown menu. The system will automatically fill in the city, county, state, and zip code.

How to Make a Property Available

1. Log in to your Investorlift account and go to your Dashboard.
2. In the left-hand side Main Menu, click on Properties.
3. Locate and click on the property you want to make available.
4. Click on Available to set the property's status.

Errors When Changing Status to Available

Error: "Company Name is not set in the Dispositions Settings"

1. Click on Settings in the left-side menu.
2. Go to Disposition Settings.
3. In the General tab, enter your company name under Company Details.
4. Complete other required fields such as your company address and contact details.
5. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

​Error: "Dispositions Manager's public phone number is not set"

1. Each user should log in to their account.
2. Navigate to My Profile.
3. Add the public phone number in the designated field.
4. Click Save Profile.

​Error: "To publish property you have to fill accepting offers until date"

1. Open the relevant property.
2. Scroll down to the Accepting Offers Until field.
3. Set a date in this field.
4. Click Save Property.

After making these changes, you should be able to publish the property without errors.


What is the "Accepting Offers Until Date"?

This is the last day you will accept offers for the property. It typically aligns with the closing date on the contract.


What Does It Mean When a Property is Expired?

When a property has expired, the "Accepting Offers Until" date has passed. To fix this:

1. Open the expired property.
2. Scroll down to the Accepting Offers Until field.
3. Update the date to the new closing date.
4. Click Save Property.

How to Change the Status to Pending

1. Receive an offer for the property or create one manually.
2. Go to the Properties tab and locate the relevant property.
3. Within the property details, change the status to Pending.

1. Go to the Properties tab and select the relevant property.
2. Find the option to Mark as Dead in the property details.
3. Click Save Property to update the status.

You can identify the status of the property by the tag on the property. (Draft, available, pending, sold, expired, and dead).

How to Set the Main Image

1. Open the Photos tab of your property listing.
2. Find the photo you want as the main image.
3. Click the star icon in the upper left corner of the selected image.

Can I Delete a Property to Repost It and Market It Again?

No, properties can only be posted once and marketed until you reach the limit of buyers for the property. Reposting a property multiple times to remarket it is against Investorlift's policies.


How to Restore a Property I Deleted by Mistake

1. Click on Create Property.
2. Add the property's address under Street Address and select it from the dropdown.
3. A pop-up will appear asking if you would like to recover the property. Click Confirm.
