Ation, a solution for farm management, is provided via web and mobile apps. To use it, you need an account corresponding to each user type and permission level.
Manager
The manager is the user responsible for overall farm management, including planning tasks, assigning work, managing worker attendance (Farm In/Out), and handling payroll.
If roles are specifically divided—such as farm work management, packing management, or payroll management—you can issue and use multiple Manager accounts.

Worker
Workers are users who perform the actual tasks at the farm, such as harvesting, cleaning, and packing. Since many workers perform various tasks on a farm, each worker requires an individual account. Worker accounts must be added directly by the farm manager on the Ation settings page.
While using Ation, users can select the following roles depending on the type of work. These roles do not need to be configured separately during account creation; the worker selects them directly in the mobile app when starting a task.
1) Worker
A worker responsible for general farm tasks such as harvesting, leaf thinning, and cleaning. By scanning the work QR codes within the farm, they perform various tasks under the General Worker role.
2) Packer
A worker who sorts and packs harvested crops. They scan the packing QR code located at the packing station, select the Packing Worker role, and then perform packing tasks.
3) Forklift Driver
A worker who moves packed crops using a forklift. They scan the packing QR code located at the packing station, select the Forklift Worker role, and then perform forklift tasks.
