Activity
Refers to the agricultural tasks performed on the farm. This includes various tasks necessary for crop cultivation, such as harvesting, leaf thinning, fruit thinning, and shoot removal. Managers can directly add, edit, or delete these activities.
In Ation, activities are divided into two types based on their nature: Line Activity and General Activity. Each type uses a different QR code, so please ensure you scan the correct QR code for your specific task.
Line Activity
Refers to tasks performed within the lines (rows) where gutters are installed. Each line has its own work QR code; you must scan the code to start the task.
General Activity
General tasks performed outside of the lines. This mainly includes work in other areas, such as cleaning, nutrient solution preparation, and hauling. You record the time spent on the task from the moment you scan the general activity QR code until completion.
Issue
An "Issue" refers to the registration of various abnormalities occurring on the farm, such as facility damage or pest outbreaks. For example, if a worker discovers pests in a specific area or finds damaged equipment, they must report it to the manager. Workers register these occurrences as "Issues," including the location, photos, and messages so the manager can stay informed.
Yield
When crops are ready, they are harvested. Workers record the quantity of crops they have harvested in the app, and managers can monitor the total yield on the web.
Package
When packing harvested crops, the units and quantities may vary depending on the farm’s standards. For example, strawberries might be packed in 500g units or 1kg units. Each of these specific packing specifications (e.g., Strawberry 500g, Strawberry 1kg) is called a "Package." These packaging standards must be configured in the system before starting any packing tasks.
