If your courses are available for learners to join online (either at a cost or for free) and you want to promote these to your customers and potential learners, there are two ways to easily do this.

If you haven't already you'll need to set up your Stripe integration first in order to allow people to sign up automatically.

Promote all your courses

If you want to promote all of your publicly available courses you can access a full list of these and embed into your site to promote to potential customers and learners.

To get this, go to your iQualify Settings (note: you’ll need to have authority to manage this area of iQualify in order to access it), navigate to Feature settings then Data export. The unique URL for all your activations is available at the bottom of this section.

Once embedded in your site learners can join the course by clicking the join button and entering their name, email address and credit card details (if payment is required).

Promote individual publicly available courses

If you want to promote an individual course you can include the course URL in any marketing communications. The individual course URL is available on the Payments tab of any activation.

You can then include this URL in any marketing communication you wish. Learners can join the course by clicking the join button and entering their name, email address and credit card details (if payment is required).

Regardless of which method you choose to promote your courses, if you limit the number of people who can be on each course, the course will automatically close to new learners once full. However, you can allow learners to register their interest so you can notify them when a new activation is opened up.
