With self-signup you can create a public enrolment page for your course to allow learners to self enrol. You can then use that page to promote your course to potential learners. This feature is available for both free and paid courses. For paid courses you can use the Stripe integration to set a joining fee and collect payments.

How to enable self sign up

You can enable self sign up under self-signup (if you have manage permissions) when creating a new activation or editing an existing activation.

Once you've opened your class activation, select self-signup.

Under Joining, check the tick-box to create a public page for this course to then see further options and information.

Number of learners

  • If you wish to set a limit on the number of learners who can join the course you can set this by entering a maximum number here.

  • If you don't want to set a limit, simply set this number to zero.

If you limit the number of people who can be on each course, the course will automatically close to new learners once full. However you can allow learners to register their interest so you can notify them when a new activation is opened up by entering details for a Notify me URL as outlined below.

Course public URL

  • This is the URL of your public self-signup page that you can share with potential learners or use to promote your course.

Strict start date

  • Turn on Strict start date if you wish to prevent learners from joining the course once it has started.

Notify me URL

  • If your course has a set number of learners and is full, you can add a Notify me URL that links to a web page you manage (such as a Google form).

  • This would allow learners who have missed out on a course to upload their details so that you can notify them the next time the course is run.

Allow iQualify to promote this course

  • If you turn this on, you give iQualify permission to include your course in a public course listing and/or include the course in advertising.
โ€‹Note: This is not something we currently offer however may do in future.

Joining fee

Once you have edited your settings you can now Activate or Update your course and share the Course public URL so learners can start enrolling in your course.
