We provide an easy way to help you promote your publicly available courses. You can promote all courses at once or promote them individually.

Publicly available courses are those that allow learner self enrolment. You can learn more about this feature in this help article.

How to share and promote your publicly available courses

You can use a self-signup URL for learners to follow, they'll be able to join the course by selecting the join button and entering their name, email address and credit card details (if payment is required). You can include the course URL in any marketing communications.

How to share and promote individual courses

To promote an individual course a person with manage permissions will need to complete the following steps.

  1. Select Self-signup.

  2. Copy the URL found under Course public URL.

Use Number of learners to limit the number of people who can be on each course. The course will automatically close to new learners once full. However, you can use Notify me URL to provide a link where learners can register their interest in being notified when a new activation is opened up.

Learners will be able to follow the link, create an account if they are not an existing user in your iQualify environment and make payment (if applicable).

How to get self signup URLs as an account owner

Account owners can access a full list of publicly available courses for their organisation in iQualify Settings. They'll receive a JSON list that will have the details of each course that is set to have self-signup, the information received includes the sign-up URL. The sign-up URL can be used to direct customers/learners directly to the page where they can sign up for the promoted course.

  1. Select Feature settings in the left menu.

  2. Choose Data export.

Under the heading Offerings you will see a URL, copy that URL and open in your browser.

On the page you will see a JSON formatted data that shows:

  • End date

  • Enrolment limit

  • Name

  • Price

  • Start date

  • Sign-up URL

  • Offering ID
