Account owners can choose to add a Welcome message and Privacy statement/Terms of use that people see when they first login to an organisation's iQualify environment.
Note: People won't be able to continue until they have accepted the terms of use.
The Welcome message can be a nice way to welcome people to your organisation, set expectations for how courses are run, and the type of support you offer.
Tip: As these messages are displayed to all users, regardless of role or of which course they have enrolled in, these messages should be written at an organisation level, rather than being course-specific.
How to customise your organisation's Welcome message and Privacy statement/terms of use
Head to iQualify settings from your Avatar in the top right corner of iQualify.

From the left menu select Identity, then Messaging.
Add your Welcome message and/or Privacy statement/Terms of use.
Update at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
