How to customise your support information

Account owners can modify support and contact information for your organisation

As an account owner you can set up and edit the contact and support information for your organisation. This is the information displayed to learners when they click on the telephone icon in the footer of every page in iQualify.

Most organisations use this to include contact phone and email addresses for the organisation and office hours. 

To configure your contact information, head to iQualify Settings under your avatar (profile icon) in the top right corner of iQualify.

Select Identity, then Messaging.

Enter in the information you want to display to your learners and click update.

Once saved, learners will be able to see this information by clicking on the phone icon available on each page in iQualify.
