As an account owner, you can set up the welcome message, terms of use and privacy statement for your organisation in the iQualify settings section of iQualify.
These are optional settings, however if you choose to have them they will be displayed to all users when they first login to iQualify. Users won't be able to continue their course until they have accepted the terms of use.
The welcome message can be a nice way to welcome people to your organisation and to set expectations for how courses are run and the type of support you offer.
As these messages are displayed to all users, regardless of role or of which course they have enrolled in, these messages should be written at an organisation level, rather than being course specific.
Get to iQualify Settings by under your avatar (profile icon) in the top right corner of iQualify.
Select Identity, then Messaging.
