How to enable email notifications for Talk Channels

Learners and facilitators can subscribe to email notification updates for Talk channel posts.

Learners and facilitators can choose to Get email updates for Talk channels in their classes.

These emails include the full post, and a direct link to the post in iQualify so that you can easily respond.

Note: Emails are sent to the email address linked with your iQualify account. By default this is your Login email address, unless you have added a Preferred contact email address.

How to subscribe to get emails about Talk channel posts

Under Talk in the left menu, head to the channel you'd like email updates for.

​Once in the channel, select Get email updates.

You can choose to receive updates for new posts and replies, or for new posts only.

Note: We don't email you about second-level replies (a reply to a reply).

You can also choose to get email updates for all public channels, by selecting Apply to all channels.

Note: This is only applies to Public channels. You'll need to subscribe/unsubscribe to Private channels (Facilitator support) individually.

How to unsubscribe and stop getting Talk channel post emails

To stop getting email updates, head to the Talk channel you wish to unsubscribe from and select Stop email updates.
