Enhance client communication and stay organized by sharing PDFs directly through Iris’s document upload feature. Easily upload and share essential resources like welcome guides, pricing sheets, style guides, and session preparation checklists to create a seamless and professional experience for your clients.
Navigate to the documents section. My Settings > Settings > Documents > Click the New Document button.
Next, drag and drop or click to select your document from your computer and click save.
Note: you can assign to a client from here by checking the box and choosing the client if you are uploading a document specific to one client.
Once you have uploaded you can click on the name to preview the document, or using the options to the right you can send, update, download or delete the document.
These can be individually sent from here or you can attach them to an email template. Navigate to the template you want them attached to and at the bottom you can type the name or scroll to find the document you want to attach.
*Things to note:
The max file size is 20mb. If your pdf is larger than that there are many free options online you can use for resizing.
Chrome is the best option for uploads. If you are using Safari and having issues try switching to Chrome.
