How do I send a contract to my client?

There are three ways to send a contract to your client. If you don't need to make any changes to the contract, we recommend creating an email template, and attaching the contract to your email.

You can then manually send the email to your client, or add this email to your Workflow, allowing Iris to send it out for you. 

Secondly, you can attach a contract template to you booking calendars or booking invitations and make it a required step that your clients sign the contract during the booking process.

Lastly, you can send a contract manually. Once your on your client's profile page, you'll select "Contracts" from the left-pane navigation.

Select "Send Contract". Select the contract template from the first drop-down menu, the associated session (if applicable) and then select "GENERATE". This will populate the body of the contract.

You should always review your contract for accuracy before signing and sending any contract to your client.
