To import a list of clients, simply click on the Clients tab in the top navigation. You will see a button that says "Import Clients". Simply click this button, and then upload a CSV file that contains your client data.

You'll need to make the headings of your columns match those noted on the pop-up window. If the headings do not match, you will receive an error message.

Also, please make sure that all blank fields have been cleared out and no data exists in them.

The first name, last name and email address fields cannot be blank. Additionally, the email_marketing field cannot be blank (you must enter YES or NO - depending on if you have permission to send them marketing emails).
