How can I filter my clients for an email campaign?

You can filter your clients by active/inactive, repeat clients, or leads. Additionally, for your clients, you can filter further based on other factors such as: date of recent session, group, or type of recent session.

Email Marketing Filters

All Clients - Active, Inactive, Repeat Clients, Leads, and Marketing Contacts

Active Clients - Active and Repeat Clients

Repeat Clients - Repeat Clients

Leads - Leads

Marketing Contacts - Only contacts in the marketing contacts tab (These can only be added here by uploading a list or by them filling out your email marketing opt-in form).

Email Marketing Audiences

Marketing Contacts - people who are in your account only as a contact to receive email marketing campaigns from you, generally get added by filling out your opt-in form. You can change them to a lead/client at any time

Leads - someone who you have added to your list manually as a lead or someone who has completed your lead form. These can be opted-in to receive email marketing campaigns (they check a little box when filling out the form or you enroll them when adding them).

Clients (active / inactive / repeat) - these are individuals who have past/future sessions with you. Active means they are clients you're still working with / plan to work with again soon. Inactive means you have completed all projects with them / unlikely to work with them again and you have marked them as an inactive client. A repeat client means they filled out your lead form, then filled it out again later on (it marks them as a repeat client)

Clients can be opted-in to receive email marketing campaigns by either manually doing it in their client profile/when adding them as a client, they previously opted in as a lead, they are an existing client and then filled out the opt-in form, or they check the opt in box when booking a session from a booking calendar.
