Yes - you can set up the lead page to send out an automatic response when ever a lead submits an inquiry.

You can send a lead auto response email specific to each session type. You can choose these in My settings > Settings > Session Types. Click the edit button and add a default lead auto response. When someone fills out the lead page form - they will receive an automatic email depending on which session type was selected.

If someone fills out the Lead form but does not choose a session type, you can set a different lead auto response in My settings > Settings > Leads Page.
