Live Chat Support (Recommended for Quick Help)
For immediate assistance or to ask quick questions, the most direct way to contact us is often through our live chat feature.
How to Access: Look for a "?" chat bubble icon, located on the bottom right corner of the Ithy website.
How it Works: Clicking this bubble will open a chat window, allowing you to start a conversation with a support representative or an AI-powered assistant that can help with common queries.
Availability: Live chat availability may vary depending on team schedules and inquiry volume. If live support is unavailable, you may be able to leave a message.
Email Support
For certain types of requests, such as account deletion, or if you prefer email communication for other detailed inquiries, you can reach out via email.
Account Deletion: To delete your account, please email wluk@ithy.com with the subject line "Delete Account".
General Support: For other support needs not covered by chat, you can still email wluk@ithy.com. This includes bug reports and feature requests. However, the chat bubble is generally the preferred first point of contact for most support issues.
