Live Chat Support (Recommended for Quick Help)

For immediate assistance or to ask quick questions, the most direct way to contact us is often through our live chat feature.

  • How to Access: Look for a "?" chat bubble icon, located on the bottom right corner of the Ithy website.

  • How it Works: Clicking this bubble will open a chat window, allowing you to start a conversation with a support representative or an AI-powered assistant that can help with common queries.

  • Availability: Live chat availability may vary depending on team schedules and inquiry volume. If live support is unavailable, you may be able to leave a message.


Email Support

For certain types of requests, such as account deletion, or if you prefer email communication for other detailed inquiries, you can reach out via email.

  • Account Deletion: To delete your account, please email wluk@ithy.com with the subject line "Delete Account".

  • General Support: For other support needs not covered by chat, you can still email wluk@ithy.com. This includes bug reports and feature requests. However, the chat bubble is generally the preferred first point of contact for most support issues.

To help us assist you more efficiently, please consider the following before reaching out:

  • Check the Help Center: Your question might already be answered in one of our help articles.

  • Troubleshooting Steps: If you're facing a technical issue, try the steps outlined in the "Troubleshooting Common Issues" article first.

  • Be Specific: When you do contact us, please provide as much detail as possible about your query or issue. Include:

    • Your Ithy email address

    • A clear description of the problem or question.

    • Steps to reproduce the issue

      • The specific question/prompt you used (if related to article generation).

    • Any error messages you received (screenshots can be very helpful).

    • The browser and device you are using.

    • The approximate time when the issue occurred

    • Steps you've already tried to resolve the issue
