Start Selling on Jamble
What you will learn
This guide takes you through each step to become a seller on Jamble, from downloading the app to getting paid after your first show. Follow them in order and you will be ready to sell live.
Jump to a step
Before you start
You need:
A smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Jamble app installed. Once approved, you can also use a computer, with the Seller Hub
To live in Brazil and have a Brazilian mobile number (+55). Jamble only operates in Brazil, and all buyers are in Brazil too
To be 18 or older and have a valid CPF
A Brazilian bank account in your name (CPF) or in your company's name (CNPJ)
An address in Brazil for shipping
Products you want to sell (collectibles like Pokémon TCG, Hot Wheels, One Piece TCG, Magic)
Sell from your computer with the Seller Hub
The Seller Hub is the seller area on your computer, built for sellers who want to sell more and stay organized. Once approved, sign in at jamble.com/seller/dashboard with the same account you use in the app.
In the Seller Hub you can:
Create many products at once with a spreadsheet (Importar CSV)
Schedule and run your lives from your computer, testing your camera and sound before you start
Confirm the sales of each live and follow your orders
Print labels and organize your shipments in Envios
Set up addresses and shipping profiles
Track your wallet and withdraw your earnings
Everything stays in sync with the app, so you can start on your phone and continue on your computer. See how to use the Seller Hub.
Step 1: Download the app and create your account
Download Jamble from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android). Open the app and start signing up.
The flow is quick:
Enter your phone number and confirm the code sent by SMS or WhatsApp
Enter your email and verify the code
Add your CPF (11 digits, no dots)
That's it, your buyer account is created. Now you need to apply to sell live.
Step 2: Apply to sell live
On your profile, tap Começar a Vender (Start selling, on iPhone) or Torne-se um Vendedor (Become a seller, on Android) to open the form. It takes about 5 minutes and asks for:
Your name and contact details
What you sell (Pokémon TCG, Hot Wheels, One Piece TCG, etc.)
Your social networks, if you have any
In most cases you get an answer quickly, but it can take up to 14 days. You are notified when your application is approved.
Step 3: Build a profile buyers trust
Once you have applied, you can already prepare your profile so buyers recognize your shop.
Go to Profile and add:
A profile photo, a photo of you or your brand's logo
A username, something buyers will remember (no special characters like ?,;/+&! and without the word "jamble")
A short bio, describing what you sell (e.g. "Sealed Pokémon TCG and PSA graded cards")
This is what buyers see when they visit your shop or join your show. A complete profile builds trust and attracts more viewers.
Step 4: Add your bank details to get paid
To receive your earnings, you need to register your payout account. Open Ajustes (settings) and tap Minha carteira (my wallet).
Then choose the registration type:
CPF, if you sell as an individual
CNPJ, if you sell as a company
You will enter your personal and bank details (bank, branch, account number and type). You may be asked for an identity verification. If so, follow the on-screen instructions.
The bank account must be Brazilian and in the same name as your registration: your name if you use a CPF, or the company's name if you use a CNPJ. Details that do not match make the withdrawal fail.
Important: check all the information before saving. If you need to switch between CPF and CNPJ later, use Mudar de entidade (CPF/CNPJ) in your wallet.
This step is required to go live for the first time.
Step 5: Set up how you will ship
Go to your seller Ajustes to set how you will ship your products. On Jamble, shipping is done through Correios.
What you set up:
Label format, choose the size of your shipping labels:
Half page (8.5 x 11), works with regular printers
Full page (8.5 x 11)
Thermal (4 x 6), if you have a thermal printer
Shipping preferences, choose the Correios services you offer. SEDEX is always on, and you can turn on PAC and Mini (for small, light items)
How shipping is charged: you do not set the shipping price. When the buyer checks out, Jamble calculates the cost automatically based on the package size, weight and the buyer's location. The buyer pays shipping at checkout. You only need to choose the right shipping profile for each product when you list it.
Step 6: List your products before the show
Before going live, add the products you want to sell. For each product, you enter:
Title, be specific (e.g. "Pokémon Booster Pack, Paldea Evolved, sealed", not just "Pokémon")
Photos, clear images showing the real item
Description, condition, PSA grade, card language, details that matter
Category and condition, the condition options change by category
Sale type, Oferta em tempo real (real-time offer), Morte súbita (sudden death) or Comprar agora (buy now, which can have a flash sale)
Price and time, the starting or fixed price and the sale duration
Shipping profile, the package's weight and size: Automático, Informar peso e tamanho or one of your own profiles
On a computer, in the Seller Hub, you can also create many products at once from a spreadsheet (Importar CSV).
You can also sell without going live: create listings in the Loja (shop), which are for sale at any time. In the app, tap the + on your profile and choose Criar anúncio na Loja.
How to set the price: if you use real-time offers, you can start with a low price (from $5) to attract more buyers. The final price is decided by competition between buyers. For Comprar agora (fixed price), set the amount you want to receive.
Step 7: Schedule your first show
On your profile, tap Agendar uma Live (schedule a live). On a computer, use the +, then Agendar Live, in the Seller Hub.
Tips to prepare your show:
Title, tell buyers what to expect (e.g. "PSA 9 and 10 graded Pokémon, live booster openings")
Time, evenings and weekends usually bring more viewers
Show cover, a photo that clearly shows what you will sell. It is the first thing buyers see
Repeat, set when your show repeats to gain visibility and build a habit with your audience
Step 8: Go live and sell
At showtime, open your scheduled live and tap Iniciar Live (start live). Your camera turns on and you are live. You can also host your live from a computer, in the Seller Hub.
During the show, you can:
Start a real-time offer, where buyers compete with offers
Sell with Comprar agora, fixed price and instant purchase
Run a flash sale, a time-limited discount
Chat with your audience in real time
You do not need to show your face. Many sellers point the camera only at the products and talk about them.
Step 9: Ship your orders and withdraw your earnings
As soon as the live ends, tap Meu painel de controle (My dashboard) to see the live dashboard, with all the sales and packages. Confirm the sales with Confirmar Vendas (Confirm sales) within the time shown on the dashboard. Only then can you buy the labels. If you do not confirm in time, the sales are cancelled and the buyers are refunded. You also find your packages under Envios (shipments), in the app and in the Seller Hub. Loja sales need to be confirmed by you within the time shown in the app.
The shipping deadline is usually about 10 days after the sale is confirmed. In exceptional situations, such as a Correios strike, it can be extended to up to 20 days. The exact deadline always shows on the order, under Prazo de envio.
For each package:
Create the shipping label by tapping Adicionar Etiqueta (if asked, complete the invoice step first)
Pack the item carefully and stick on the label
Take the package to a Correios post office
Your earnings become available when two conditions are met: the order is completed and the payment is released. Do not count the payment time only from when the product is received:
Payment release: depends on the payment method and the conditions of your account. Delivery confirmation does not replace this step
Order completion: receipt is confirmed in the app or the order is completed automatically under the confirmation rules
When you have an available balance, tap Sacar (withdraw). The money goes to your bank account and usually arrives within 5 business days, depending on your bank. Follow it in the Histórico de saques (withdrawal history):
Completed status, the transfer was marked as completed; check the credit in your registered account
Failed status, the bank rejected it or there is an error in your bank details, check the error on the withdrawal
Key tips
Register a correct shipping address. It is required to go live
Start with 5 to 10 products. You do not need a huge stock. A few well-presented items make a great first show
Interact with your audience. Greet viewers by name, answer questions, be yourself. The personal connection is what makes live selling work
Ship quickly. Fast shipping brings good reviews, which bring more buyers to your next shows
