Bundled Shipments

What you'll learn

How Jamble groups several items from the same buyer into one parcel, how this makes shipping cheaper and how to generate the parcel's label.

Before you start

You need:

  • A sale where the same buyer got more than one item from you

  • Your shipping settings ready. See Shipping settings

What a bundled shipment is

When the same buyer buys several of your items, Jamble groups them into one parcel. You ship everything in one box, with one label.

  • For you: one parcel to prepare and one trip to Correios

  • For the buyer: lower shipping than paying for each item separately

How bundling works

Bundling is automatic. You do not need to do anything.

  • In a live: the items the same buyer gets from you in the same live go into the same parcel

  • In different lives: each live creates its own parcels

  • In the Loja: each purchase completed at checkout with you becomes one shipment. If there are many or large items, the app can split this shipment into a few parcels, each with its own label

  • Different buyers: each buyer has their own parcel

If a sale in the parcel is canceled, it leaves the parcel and the buyer is refunded for it. The other items stay together.

How shipping is calculated

The first item pays the normal shipping. Each extra item only adds the difference it brings to the parcel. That is why getting several items from the same seller is cheaper than buying each one separately.

The amount depends on the weight and size of each item, the distance to the buyer and the Correios service used. The buyer sees the shipping cost before paying.

Generating the label

You generate one label per parcel, not one per item.

  1. Open Envios (Shipments), in the app settings, or your live's dashboard

  2. Tap the buyer's parcel. It shows all the sales that go together

  3. Complete the invoice step, if you see Adicionar NF (Add invoice) or Isentar NF (Exempt invoice)

  4. Tap Adicionar Etiqueta (Add label) and then open it with Ver Etiqueta (See label)

In the live dashboard, you can also generate the labels for all parcels at once. In the Seller Hub, use Envios and Imprimir Etiqueta (Print label). See Generate and print shipping labels.

Golden rule: all items in the parcel go together in the same box, with the parcel's label.

Important tips

  • You do not build the parcels. Jamble groups them on its own

  • One label per parcel. Print it once, stick it on the box and ship everything together

  • Choose a box that fits everything with protection between the items

  • Encourage the buyer to get more items. Shipping for extra items is only the difference
