This guide explains how to save lives, products and searches on Jamble, where to find everything you saved, how to follow your pre-offers and how to get alerts so you don't miss anything.
Save a live
Scheduled lives have a save button. Tap Salvar (Save) and the live is kept for you.
When notifications are on, Jamble lets you know when the saved live starts.
Where to find your saved lives:
On iPhone: open your profile, tap the gear icon and choose Lives salvas (Bookmarked shows)
On Android: open your profile and tap the Salvos (Saved) tab
To take a live off the list, tap the save button again.
Save a product
On a product page, tap the save icon (on Android, Salvar Item (Save item)). The icon changes to show the product was saved. To remove it, tap again.
On iPhone, saved products are in the Favoritos (Bookmarks) tab of your profile.
Follow your pre-offers
Before a live starts, you can make a pre-offer on some products. The products you made a pre-offer on appear in the Ofertas (Offers) tab of your profile.
Tap a product to see the details and follow your offer. When the sale starts in the live, your pre-offer is placed automatically.
Save a search
If you always look for the same kind of product, save the search. In the Produtos (Products) tab of search, run your search and tap the icon to save it. Your saved searches appear on the search screen, so you can go back to them with one tap.
Get alerts
To be notified about what you saved, turn on the Lives salvas (Bookmarked shows) notifications. Open your profile, tap the gear icon, go to Notificações (Notifications) and, in the Lives section, turn on Lives salvas.
Without notifications, everything stays saved, but you only see updates when you open the app.
Important tips
Save before the live starts. This way you get the alert as soon as the seller goes live
Check the Ofertas tab. It gathers the products you made a pre-offer on
Turn on notifications. Without them, Jamble can't let you know in time
Save your favorite searches. You save time when you always look for the same thing
Frequently asked questions
Where are the lives I saved? On iPhone, in the settings (gear icon on your profile) > Lives salvas (Bookmarked shows). On Android, in the Salvos (Saved) tab of your profile.
Where are the products I saved? On iPhone, in the Favoritos (Bookmarks) tab of your profile.
What's the difference between saving a product and making a pre-offer? Saving keeps the product for you to see later. A pre-offer is an offer made before the live starts, placed automatically when the sale opens. Products with a pre-offer are in the Ofertas (Offers) tab.
Can I remove something I saved? Yes. Tap the save button or icon again.
Will I get an alert when a saved live starts? Yes, if the Lives salvas (Bookmarked shows) notifications are on and Jamble notifications are allowed on your phone.
