Recebimento Antecipado (early payout) and installments
With Recebimento Antecipado, you get the money from card sales faster. It also lets your buyers pay for card purchases in installments, when that option is available.
How it works
Without Recebimento Antecipado: card payments can take up to 30 days to be released
With Recebimento Antecipado: card payments are released in about 15 days
Pix payments do not change: they are usually released in about 1 day
A sale's amount becomes available to withdraw when the payment is released and the sale is completed. See How you get paid.
What it costs
There is an additional fee of about 1%, applied only to card payments. Sales paid with Pix do not have this fee.
Installments for your buyers
When Recebimento Antecipado is on, your buyers can pay for eligible card purchases in installments. The number of installments and the surcharge are shown to the buyer before they pay.
How to turn it on
Open your wallet in the app, or Carteira (wallet) in the Seller Hub.
Tap Recebimento Antecipado and follow the instructions.
Heads up: this cannot be undone. Once you turn it on, Recebimento Antecipado stays on for your account.
