View your earnings and payout history
What you will learn
This guide shows how to read your wallet on Jamble, follow each withdrawal in Histórico de saques (payout history) and see which sales are part of a withdrawal.
Before you start
You need:
An approved seller account on Jamble
Your payout account registered in the wallet
Step 1: Open your wallet
In the app, open Ajustes (settings) and tap Minha carteira (my wallet). On a computer, open Carteira (wallet) in the Seller Hub.
Step 2: Understand each part of the wallet
Disponível para saque (available to withdraw): the amount you can withdraw now. Tap Sacar (withdraw) to send this amount to your bank account
Dados bancários (bank details): the account that receives your withdrawals. Tap Atualizar (update) to correct your details
Vendas pendentes (pending sales): payments not released yet and sales still in progress. Tap Saiba Mais (learn more) to open Sobre vendas pendentes (about pending sales) and see the timing
Recebimento Antecipado (early payout): when it appears, this is the option to receive card payments sooner. See Recebimento Antecipado (early payout)
Histórico de saques: the list of all your withdrawals, at the bottom of the screen
If you changed from CPF to CNPJ, the wallet may show the Conta atual (current account) and the Conta anterior (previous account), each with its own balance.
Step 3: Follow your withdrawals
In Histórico de saques, the most recent withdrawals appear first. Each withdrawal shows:
The withdrawal number
The amount
The status
The date
If a withdrawal fails, the reason appears right below the status.
Scroll the list to see older withdrawals. Pull the screen down to refresh.
Step 4: See the details of a withdrawal
Tap a withdrawal to open Detalhes do saque (payout details). The screen shows each sale included in that withdrawal, with the buyer, the product, the order number, the amount and the date.
Use this screen to check exactly which sales went into each withdrawal.
Withdrawal statuses
Criado (created): the request was received
Pendente (pending): the transfer is being processed
Concluído (completed): the money was sent to your bank account
Falhou (failed): the transfer was not completed. See the reason on the withdrawal
Cancelado (cancelled): the withdrawal was cancelled
If a withdrawal is Criado or Pendente and the money has not arrived yet, tap Não recebeu ainda? (didn't receive yet?) and then Atualizar (refresh) to see the latest status.
Important tips
Check the history after each withdrawal. Make sure it reaches Concluído
Keep the withdrawal number. If you need to contact support, it helps solve things faster
Balance and history are different things. The wallet shows what you can withdraw now. The history shows the withdrawals you already made
The amount usually arrives within 5 business days, depending on your bank
Frequently asked questions
Where do I see how much I earned? In Minha carteira. The amount you can already withdraw appears in Disponível para saque and sales in progress are in Vendas pendentes.
Why is the withdrawal amount not what I expected? A withdrawal sends the whole Disponível para saque balance at the time of the request. Sales still in Vendas pendentes go into a later withdrawal, once they become available.
Can I see which sales are part of a withdrawal? Yes. Tap the withdrawal in Histórico de saques to open Detalhes do saque.
My withdrawal has been Pendente for a few days. Is that normal? Yes. A withdrawal usually arrives within 5 business days, depending on your bank. If it takes longer, contact support.
What do I do if a withdrawal fails? Check the reason shown on the withdrawal, review your Dados bancários and request a new withdrawal. If the problem continues, see Troubleshoot issues with earnings or payouts.
Can I see my earnings per live? The wallet shows the total. To see each sale, open Ajustes > Minhas vendas (my sales).
