How you get paid
What you will learn
This guide explains the path of your money on Jamble, from the sale to your bank account: when the amount becomes available, how long it takes and how to withdraw.
The path, from sale to bank
The buyer pays. Payment is made at checkout, by Pix or card.
You ship the order. You create the label and post the package.
The order is completed. The buyer confirms receipt or, if they do not, the order is completed automatically a few days after delivery.
The payment is released. The timing depends on the payment method (see below).
The amount becomes available to withdraw. When the order is completed and the payment is released, the amount moves to Disponível para saque (available to withdraw).
You withdraw. Tap Sacar (withdraw) and the amount goes to your registered bank account.
How long until the payment is released
Average timings, after the buyer pays:
Pix: about 1 day
Card: up to 30 days
Card with Recebimento Antecipado (early payout) on: about 15 days, with an additional fee of about 1% on card payments
The amount only becomes available to withdraw when both things happen: the payment is released and the order is completed. See Recebimento Antecipado (early payout) and installments.
What your wallet shows
Open Ajustes (settings) and tap Minha carteira (my wallet), or open Carteira in the Seller Hub.
Disponível para saque: the amount you can withdraw now
Vendas pendentes (pending sales): payments not released yet and sales still in progress (in delivery, waiting for confirmation). Tap Sobre vendas pendentes to see the timing for each one
Dados bancários (bank details): the account that receives your withdrawals
How much you receive
Jamble's standard commission is 10% of the product price. It is deducted before the amount reaches your wallet, so your wallet always shows what you receive.
Example: on a $100.00 sale, you receive $90.00. Shipping is paid by the buyer and does not reduce your earnings. See Jamble Seller Fees and Commissions.
How to withdraw
When your balance under Disponível para saque is above the minimum shown in your wallet, tap Sacar and confirm. Withdrawals are free and the money usually arrives within 5 business days, depending on your bank. Follow it in the Histórico de saques (withdrawal history).
The full step-by-step is in Set Up and Start a Payout.
Key tips
Register your payout account before your first live. You need it to host lives and to withdraw
Ship quickly. The sooner the order is delivered and completed, the sooner the amount is available
Each sale has its own pace. Each order moves forward on its own, depending on delivery and payment method
Keep your bank details up to date. Wrong details make the withdrawal fail
Frequently asked questions
Why is my money under Vendas pendentes? The order is not completed yet, or the payment has not been released yet. The amount moves to Disponível para saque when both happen.
Do I get paid if the buyer does not confirm receipt? Yes. If the buyer does not confirm, the order is completed automatically a few days after delivery.
Can I withdraw the amount under Vendas pendentes? No. Only the amount under Disponível para saque can be withdrawn.
Is the withdrawal made by Pix? No. The withdrawal is a transfer to your registered bank account. You cannot withdraw to a Pix key.
What if the buyer reports a problem with the order? Our support team reviews the case. The amount for that order is held until the case is resolved.
What if the sale is cancelled? The buyer is refunded and the amount for that sale does not reach your wallet.
I switched from CPF to CNPJ. Why do I see two accounts? After a registration change, your wallet may show the Conta atual (current account) and the Conta anterior (previous account). The previous account's balance is released as usual and you can withdraw it separately.
